Reception 2026 Admissions 

From September 2025, all of the children in Reception will attend the Hawkshead Road site.  If you would like to apply for your child to join our Reception Cohort in September 2026, please click here

Casual In-Year Admissions

Parents/guardians wishing to apply for a school place at Leopold should contact Brent Council school admissions service. The council will review your application and inform you of the outcome.

You will need to make an in-year school application if either of the following apply to you:

• Your child lives in Brent and does not currently have a school place
• You wish to apply for a transfer to a school in Brent
• You should only apply for a school place in a Brent school.  For schools outside Brent please contact the Local Authority or the school directly for the application process.

Nursery Admissions

Leopold Primary School offers Nursery places on the Hawkshead Road site. Please note: there is no Nursery provision at the Gwenneth Rickus building.

The number of intended admissions for the year is 30 children. Full-time and part-time places are currently offered. Please see the new timings for September 2025 and options below.

For full-time children, we ask that families provide the 30-hour code if eligible before your child is able to start with a full time place.

If you are not eligible for the 30 hours of free childcare, then the weekly top up fee is £75 per week. This is payable weekly on our Arbor app.
